Return and Refund Policy For Students at the National Institute of Fire Safety Engineering and Management
Once a student enrolls in any course and pays the course fees, all payments made are non-refundable.
In cases of erroneous duplication of payment, refunds may be considered upon appropriate submission of proof of duplicate payments to payments@nifsem.in. The National Institute of Fire Safety Engineering and Management (NIFSEM) will validate the duplicate payment and process the refund accordingly.
All refund requests must be made within one month of the transaction date.
To request a refund, please send an email to support@nifsem.in with the following details:
- Transaction Number
- Date of Transaction
- Account Details
- Transaction Slip or Screenshot Available
